1. Felt: It is made of wool's shrinkage. The wool is made into a thin net-like roll through a carding machine, and then sorted into a flat shape, moistened, pressed and rubbed by a flocking agent. The wool is milled and turned into a cloth-like felt.

2. Resin-bonded non-woven fabrics: cotton, viscose fiber and other synthetic short fibers, because they do not have the properties of felting like wool, synthetic resin or synthetic fiber adhesives are generally used to fix the fiber layer. The main principle is to use low-melting synthetic fibers to soften and bond by heating, or to immerse them in a tank filled with resin solution and pass through them continuously. Press the roller to remove the remaining liquid in the fiber web and then heat it. The fiber web is adhered by the cured resin and becomes into an inseparable non-woven fabric.

3. Needle-punched felt-like non-woven fabric: thousands of crochet needles are used to repeatedly move up and down through the fiber web, and the upper layer fibers are gradually pressed into the lower layer fibers or brought to the upper layer, and the entire fiber web becomes intertwined and tangled. , Dense felt-like non-woven fabrics that cannot be separated from each other.

4. Knotted non-woven fabric: According to the irregularly arranged fiber web, multi-way sewing with multi-head sewing machine makes it a non-woven fabric with a relatively tight structure.

5. Spunbond non-woven fabric: When the synthetic fiber stock solution is pressed into the filament from the spinning head, the generated static electricity and high-pressure air flow are used to make the fibers fall on the metal curtain in an irregular and disorderly manner, and then pass through the heating roller for heating.
